Ginger Poppy Loves Being Home
We recently received this great update from Gladys, who adopted Ginger Poppy (formerly Buddha Girl), an 11-year-old Chow Chow mix, this summer. (Read her story in the August People Helping Animals e-newsletter).
"I've attached a few pictures taken of her in the past week, and as you can see her coat is growing in nicely. She is such a happy dog, loves a little stroll around the garden, maybe a lie in the sun on the front porch for a little while, but then she wants back inside.
She and Erik the Red [Gladys' other dog] get along just fine, and will lie together down in the computer room if Richard and I happen to be down there at the same time.
We are so happy she came here to live with us, she's made our lives richer."
That's exactly the kind of story we hope for when we make matches between people and animals here at PAWS. Meet your perfect match today.
